Seventies chic is back, revisited, painted anew, sleek and sensual for Spring_Summer 2011.
What happened on the runways? A misty feel of seventies, eclectic colours, delightful shapes, ethnic, sleek, overboard... If SS11 is taking a deep look back at the 70s, it doesn't necessarily mean we will all turn to our Charlie's Angels hair-dos right this minute. It's only an insipiration: revisited.
Overalls as we might commonly call them. The chickest trend of the 70s, made of
silk, eclectic colours and sensual silhouettes. Your alternative to wearing yet
again a dress.
A funky twist: dare to be different. Prints, experimental cuts, vintage
magnitude, cleavage, colour, over the top.
Denim: not just about iconic jeans. Denims becomes classic outerwear, frilly and
feminine, chic, modern, everything but casual.
Experimental denim: prints - this season's flower prints all over denim as well
- cuts and flares.
Gypsy shirts: bohemian to the max. Exotic colours, prints, luxurious fabrics,
everything but ethnic.
A definite take on the secenties, from shapes, inspirations, the iconic
trousers, the prints, and colours.
Not concerts but stylish garden parties. The bohemian dress, blowing in the
wind, is for extremely elegant encounters.
Flower prints, chiffon dresses, larger measures: this summer's absolute must.
A touch of punk remix, the best years of punk: the seventies. Think London,
think black.
