Unstructure yourself. Now that is officially Spring start loosening up and feeling lighter.
According to Madame de Staël temperature is of outmost importance for the mores of a "peuple". The more they rise the more one's sense of conduct drops. Some for the better, some for the worst? Depending on what you consider appropriate or if you don't have a barometer at all. Heat brings nudity and skin. Men, usually tailored to the tee have to find in the summertime that fine line that separates the "vacation" look from the "I am cooling off in the city". Men's tailoring is very versatile although always composed of the same pieces: the jacket, the trousers, the shirt, the tie... But a harder task to accomplish gives way to fantastic tricks. Deconstructing seems to be the case this season starting with the lining-free jackets.
Take a classic one-button jacket and wear it over shorts to avoid the safari look. It's time men showed some legs even in an urban area.
The short-suit can play with lengths and cuts, borrow a waistline, take the tuxedo jacket to new colours and offer a sensual rendering of the sort.
Dandy up. The light jackets couple with printed on ties, contrasting waistcoats, and fisherman sandals. Take note: be different.
Vichy prints and boxy jackets. A retro look on the pant suit with a touch of demure irony.
