The Timepieces by Dolce&Gabbana celebrates elegance and style with two different categories of watches: the DG7 and the DS5 line, comprehensive of a total of 52 watches.
The collections have been designed by the designers Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana, whereas the mechanism is created by a renowned Swiss haute-orologerie firm. Both collections have been developed in the Dolce&Gabbana laboratory in Legnano, the same one where the Dolce&Gabbana Jewels Collection was created.
DG7
DG7
elegant collection
The DG7 line’s name comes from the initials of Dolce and Gabbana while 7 is a lucky number. This line features elegant watches with bracelets in crocodile skin or gold for the ones made in 18 carat gold or stainless steel. The 50’s-inspired “Maglia Milano”, or weave of the straps, gives the collection a retro look that is nonetheless combined with contemporary innovation, using for the first time ever the latest technique of PVD (physical vapour deposition) which allows for the different colouring of each individual watch. This line doesn’t have the calendar because of stylistic reasons. A special mention needs to be made regarding the DG7 Gems – a spin off of the DG7 collection – that features models with gems such as sapphires, rubies, and emeralds that embellish the case.

sport collection
The DS5, a COSC-certified chronograph and chronometer, matches the sporty attitude and precision mechanics of the watches with the added sophistication of the metals: white, yellow, pink gold and steel. This line’s name comes from the initials of Domenico and Stefano, 5 being a lucky number. Impermeable up to 5 atmospheres, their watchbands are made of natural rubber, a very flexible and durable material, and the clasp is three razors déployant for better comfort.
