Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana on VOGUE UK April 2011

Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana's exclusive interview's printed in Vogue UK April 2011 issue with portraits shot by the talented Terry Richardson. As the article goes: 'You asked, they answered...'

This interview was quite an innovation for the print media itself: the questions were gathered via vogue.com and the questions were published in the magazine itself. Here's an interesting one on digital media: 'You acknowledge the power of the internet and have won numerous awards for online activities - you have put bloggers on the front row of your shows and launched a blog, the online magazine Swide.com, and have the D&G mobile channel - but do you actually like this phenomenon? Are you nostalgic for the older days in fashion, where everything was a lot more exclusive?' Natalie Theodosi, London

SG: We need to have roots and memory, but you need the new - blogging, Twitter and much more as well as the establishment media. It's two different perspectives.'

DD: 'Its like a cuisine - you can find Japanese, Chinese, and Turkish but when you open a new reataurant, it does not kill off the others. They can co-exist.'
