A fashion affair with Korea

The pages for the December editions of the Korean publications of Marie Claire, Vogue and W Magazine have been served a flurry of fashion fabulousness by Dolce&Gabbana. A photoshoot, an interview and a photo journal… what more could you want?

During their recent excursions in Seoul, Korea, it is clear that Mr. Dolce & Mr. Gabbana made a lasting impression, as the pages of the Korean publications of Marie Claire, Vogue and W Magazine now grace the handy work of the design duo and, combined, display just how versatile these designers and the work that they do is.

Marie Claire Korea present ‘The Lovely Silence’, an 8-page editorial spread that highlights the beauty within the peace (No, I didn’t intend to put a spin on Beauty and the Beast). Combining autumnal colours and the wears of Dolce&Gabbana, Marie Claire Korea and photographer Bo Lee have treated tranquility to a touch of fashion knowhow and captured it with stunning style.

Vogue Korea invited the designers to conduct an interview and brought a slather of Italian inspiration to the photoshoot that accompanied it. With Seoul-born beauty Soo Ae, the chipped walls and posters reminiscent of the golden age of cinema the photoshoot was ripe with elegance that Dolce&Gabbana is synonymous with.

And finally the December publication of W Korea presents a photo journal of the exclusive event that took place at the Boutique in Seoul. In attendance were Choi Si-Won, Dong Bang Shin Gi Ha Jung-Woo and Joo Jin-Mo doing it for the lads and representing the ladies were Lee Min-Jung, Kim Sa-Rang, Park Si-Yeon and Kim Seon-Ah and of course, amongst many others, there was Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana themselves.

As I said, they clearly made a lasting impression.
