As a juicy supplement to the September issue, Vogue Italia has inserted a booklet featuring Dolce&Gabbana Alta Moda shot in Taormina, Sicily by Paolo Roversi during the debut fashion show in July. The shoot features Dolce&Gabbana friend and Italian beauty Monica Bellucci.
Dolce&Gabbana
and Monica Bellucci are a fashion power couple, well trio, as good as any other,
well maybe better. Their perfect fit is emphasized in Paolo Roversi’s shoot
where Monica’s majestic beauty is turned into something between wild and
dishevelled, and also very sexy.
The
lightless of the garments, hand painted organza, crinolines and lace are
contrasted with Monica’s voluptuous curves and seductive gaze. The figure
hugging damask velvet renaissance-style dress and the beautiful floral print
figure hugging crepé organza shift embrace Monica’s curves making her somewhat
ghostly appearance seem very alive.
Must
have elegant skirt suits in stretch double crêpe modelled by Monica bring the
shoot back to the real world.
