The sound of presecco bubbling, conversing fashionables and pulsing beats is an enticing combination for most, but match all of this with the Birthday party of Bruno Mars and you know it is going to be a night to remember in the New Dolce Vita.
We said goodbye to the Summer but that doesn’t mean that the fun had to stop for The New Dolce Vita. When we heard that Bruno Mars was in Milano we knew that it was going to be an opportunity not to be missed, and then we were invited and we couldn’t pack our bags quick enough.

We arrived with one of glorious muses, Michela D’angelo, who was wearing a creation by Andrea. We opted for simple pieces, myself in a Jeremy Scott Jeweled Sweatshirt for Adidas Originals and Andrea in simple stars & stripes. When we arrived the models were hanging out together sharing tips whilst sipping cocktails expertly made by Gold’s barmen, the fashion bloggers were eyeing each other’s outfits (who knows if it was jealousy or admiration) and then there were the celebrities. Straight away, we could see that the lines were blurred and the party didn’t have a whiff of segregation, which some bashes can succumb to.
The
mix of celebrities, musicians, models and fashionistas.
No, this felt right. Everyone was someone and people from all different areas of the fashion and music world were happily chatting away to each other.
The atmosphere was thick with R’n’B beats, which were being spun by the Dj opposite a cornered off area that sat in the shadow of the name of the A-list celebrity guest, the birthday boy Bruno Mars.

Mars, moments before the party kicked off
And before we knew it the glamorous guests all surged forward and cameras flashed… he had arrived. Followed by an entourage of band members, roadies and lucky guests, Bruno Mars took his position under his name where he found bottles of champagne on ice. The party had started:

The party started to cool down and we felt it was time to hit the road. We thought that the end of the Summer had given us great memories to look back on but this party has left us with many more to cherish. Until next time.
