Twitter is over capacity

And it's not the only thing. As fashion week in Dolce & Gabbana land starts today - we're all showing signs of fraying around the edges.

You know when the tough gets going - when the press office opt for pizza. Our usual lunch-time haunt - a slightly down at heel pizza place that even the term shabby chic would struggle to define was almost unidentifiable this afternoon with the pre-show arrival of the international PR team. It bags, heels and blackberries littered the paper tablecloths as seating plans occupied the lunch-time chatter.

Elsewhere a different sort of chatter has been occupying our office as actual talking is replaced by tweets. When we realised we were sharing keyboard space of Ashton Kutcher and Jennifer Anniston's on/off (do we really care?) boyfriend John Mayer - well it would be rude (and just plain stupid) to work.

Taking our minds off the forthcoming fashion week/what should I wear and WHY can't I get a manicure appointment ANYWHERE is the contented tweet tweet noises that come with spending some quality time with our favourite boys. As tomorrow is D&G day - we have the perfect excuse to spend a tweet night in.
