The passive aggressive office routine

Don't worry, I'm not about to regale you all with dull office details such as when we break for lunch or when our meetings are scheduled - eeurgh. No, the inevitable has happened on planet DG. The sun is out and we're all sporting the same pieces from the SS09 collection.

Not what you'd imagine as an office emergency given the current state of the economy - but here in our fashion bubble we couldn't care less. All that's on our minds is getting the new collections on our backs and fast.

Seems the problem with this strategy however is that we've all thought alike - the inevitable problem with being obsessed by the same magazines, websites, going to identical bars/clubs/shops - you get the picture. Conformity is the new black. Anyway there is one particular (and dare we add) coveted piece in the collection this season - a t-shirt sporting a gun that we've all purchased this season.

Now apart from the obvious Freudian connotations (and who we wonder do our colleagues really want to kill here on DG planet??) the situation has appropriately reached crisis proportions (again relative) and a timetable has been instigated as to who should wear said t-shirt on what day.

The response as you can imagine, with a SS09 "loaded gun" to our heads, is to do what every good fashionista does - put the info into our blackberry and immediately forget who sent it and why.
