Finding love in these uncertain times does not always involve having a social life (thank god as fashion job=life) and so hurrah for Facebook and its in-box action.
So there I was replying to all the emails from our facebook groupies when, quite unexpectedly a little electronic flirtation began it's e-life. Now I must admit I've never been one for the photo-shopped profile page - but that was before I discovered the online potential of having an electronic fling.
After mentioning the revealing fact to my boss (why?) - he immediately decided to pimp me out (i love my job, i love my job...) and so now I'm currently fuctioning as, how shall we put this nicely, " the loose woman" of our group's inbox".
What I like most is the international aspect to it all. I can wake up with a Japanese lover - flirt with a European around lunchtime and when New York wakes up, I'm ready to go again - but the best part? When it's hometime and Hello magazine is calling with a glass of vino - they can all be put in the trash until the morning. Beauty sleep and groupies on hold. A powerful mix I tell you. Thank-you Mr Facebook.
