Eye swide shot: The new face of Vionnet

Everyone loves a comeback, and for Paris Fashion Week, all eyes are on Vionnet. Today marked the return of the label that was bought in Feb 2009 by the Italian industrialist Matteo Marzotto. Swide reveals the tweets from those that have just seen the collection.

The House of Vionnet was opened in 1912 by Madeleine Vionnet who quickly became known as, "the Queen of the bias cut" and became famous for her Grecian-style dresses. New designer Rodolfo Paglialunga showcased the Spring 2010 collection at the Musée de l'Homme based on the concept of "easy, yet catchy" versatile pieces that are easy to wear and personalize.
