The Dolce&Gabbana FW13 collection looked at Italian baroque as a whole. As well as referencing architecture and interiors, like the incredible Venetian gilding, Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana could not but look at their beloved Sicily for inspiration. Ranging from baroque fresco like prints to black lace clad widows, the Sicilian imprint is strong.
