As the D&G SS09 collection hops on a yacht for the season - we take a look at the valuables they left on shore.

The nautical inspired D&G Time and Jewels collection mirrors the apparel collection, taking its inspiration from a chic 1960's sailing trip on the French Riveria. Prints are captured from retro shipping flags, showcasing a classic yet quirky colour palette of red, white and blue that looks as fresh as the sea breeze.

Necklaces echo the sixties with strings of eye-catching coloured bead necklaces aptly entitled 'Over me', whilst bracelets are offered in pop summer brights and a nautical palette. Metal dog-tag 'I D&G' necklaces for men need only a tan.

Watches for both men and woman range from oversized sporty modes in white, and navy blue for men called Juan or to the more classic time pieces such as 'Pampelonne' in gold. Classic diving style watches for women 'Madame' are completed by a chic leather strap. For women, leather bracelet watch styles in 1960's retro brights Antibes or with studs and jewels called Mosaic are the perfect accessories for pool-side cocktails.
