Autumn is well and truly here. Summer is but a distant memory, but I say, lets embrace the fall and experience it in one of the places where it’s most picturesque, and well constant! England. And while on a trip to the British Isles, here is what to wear.
Autumn is a very romantic time of year, the leaves turn that beautiful golden red, the produce is luxurious and fragrant, it’s the season of truffles, mushrooms, pumpkin and wine. The desire to light the fire and coy up under a cashmere plaid blanket with a glass of wine, and a good book, or good company, takes over. Head over to where autumn is at its best, England and discover the romantic pleasure of rain, fog and grey skies.
The
look must start from the basics: a cashmere and
wool
mix black turtleneck. Opt for carrot shaped dark grey denims, they’re very
urban and comfortable. Its England, so a coat is a must: this suede and ribbed
wool mix and match bomber jacket is perfect, cool, but not grungy. Add a
hat,
and
chunky
brogues. You’ll need a weekend bag to pack your essentials for the autumnal
break:
