DATA CONTROLLERS
The site www.dolcegabbana.it, the site www.swide.com and the online store of Dolce & Gabbana (the “Negozio Online D&G”), dedicated exclusively to e-commerce, and both also accessible from the site www.dolce&gabbana.it and from every other site managed by Dolce&Gabbana S.r.l. (hereinafter collectively, the “Network Dolce & Gabbana) are managed by the company Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l., by the company Swide S.r.l. and/or by Yoox as well as by their respective Supervisors appointed for this purpose and as specified hereinafter.
In particular, the companies Dolce&Gabbana S.r.l. and Swide S.r.l. (hereinafter jointly referred to as “DG”) are joint data controllers for all the data collected through the Network Dolce&Gabbana for the purposes specified hereinafter.
The company YOOX S.p.A. (“YOOX”), with registered office in Via Nannetti 1,
in Zola Predosa (Bologna), meanwhile, deals exclusively with managing the sales
and transactions made in the Negozio Online D&G, involving activities such
as order management, product sale and delivery, management of unsold goods,
guarantees and other activities necessary for the sale of the products through
the Negozio Online D&G. With exclusive reference to the performance of the
activities functional to the sale of products through the Negozio Online
D&G, YOOX S.p.A. as an independent Data Controller and on the basis of the
applicable data protection law, processes users’ personal details, such as first
name and surname, address and information regarding the credit card used by the
users (for example, first name and surname of the card holder, card number,

With the exception of the above and with reference to any other data processing
unrelated to the sale of the products, Yoox acts as a data supervisor appointed
for this purpose by DG.
DG PRIVACY POLICY
With express consent, which may be provided to DG through the section of the DG privacy policy, the data provided voluntarily by the user or legally acquired by DG according to the procedures specified hereinafter may be communicated to YOOX both in its capacity as independent Data Controller and in its capacity as Data Supervisor for the purposes specified hereinafter.
These guidelines for conduct in the field of privacy (the “Privacy Policy”) apply to the website www.dolcegabbana.it, the Network Dolce & Gabbana, including the site www.swide.com, and the e-commerce site store.dolcegabbana.com (hereinafter collectively referred to as the “Site”), and refer to the processing of personal data by DG when users access the Site and interact with the services and functions offered by the Site. The Privacy Policy was drawn up in compliance with Recommendation no. 2/2001, adopted on 17 May 2001 by the Work Group for the Protection of Personal Data - Art. 29 in relation to the minimum requirements for the online collection of data in the European Union, and moreover constitutes notice of the privacy policy to the interested parties pursuant to Art. 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196 of 30 June 2003 (the “Data Protection Code”).
Dolce & Gabbana S.r.l., in its capacity as owner of the dominion names
which include those at the address http://www.dolcegabbana.it, or rather at the
Network Dolce & Gabbana, uses the Site not only as a means of providing
information on the activities and/or products related to the Dolce & Gabbana
group, but also as a tool for the collection of personal data.
Therefore, in accordance with the provisions of the Data Protection Code, Dolce
& Gabbana S.r.l. and Swide S.r.l., in their capacity as Joint Data
Controllers (hereinafter the “Joint Controllers”) provide the following privacy
policy notice regarding the processing both of the personal data of the users
who merely visit the Site (data inherent to navigation) and of those who
spontaneously send their data in e-mail messages and/or by filling out specific
forms in order to access reserved sections within the Site or to receive
newsletters from the Data Controller.
This privacy policy notice is in any case valid only for the Site and for the
activities performed by the company Dolce & Gabbana or by the company Swide
also through their own data supervisors, and does not cover other websites which
the user may access via links and/or activities engaged in by third parties
