The Supermodels are coming to tea
We'd always thought a hairdresser's appointment, a manicure and a leg wax was all we needed to get us through fashion week. When supermodels come to town however, it's a whole different ball game.
As Eva, Claudia and Naomi ride into town later this week, along with their fantastic genes, they're also bringing a fantastic amount of preparation to planet D&G. A supermodel coming to visit in fashion terms is a bit like the queen coming to one's house, and as such one likes to put on a good impression.
The design hotel that is the Milan D&G headquarters is bathed in light, chrome and white walls and to this day we've yet to see a hair out of its place. That said, the news three supermodels will be paying its hallowed walls a visit, and in come the decorators and the place is given a revamp. If only it was as easy for us…
