New Moon premiere takes a bite of the big apple

The rain hitting Houston Street's Landmark Sunshine Cinema was the perfect dark and windswept setting for the Twilight cast and an A-list crowd to celebrate the New York arrival of new film New Moon - the third in the Twilight saga.
Despite the night being windswept there was nothing windswept about the crowd - who appeared to opt for a dark and gothic inspired looks. Stars Rob Pattinson, Taylor Lautner, Kellan Lutz, Ashley Green, Ivanka Trump and Taylor Momsen all opted for D&G. Gossip Girl's Taylor Momsen sported the latest A-list craze - showcasing a black lace spring/summer 2010 Dolce & Gabbana dress - a style that's also been spotted on French Vogue Editor Carine Roitfeld, Madonna and Lady Gaga in recent weeks (Read more here www.swide.com/The-A-list-advantages)

Screening over - the film's after-party was thrown by D&G and The Cinema Society at The Box on NY's Lower East Side in New York City . Against the club's burlesque backdrop of red velvet couches, Robert Pattinson, Ashley Greene, Taylor Lautner, Kristen Stewart, Fergie, Olivia Palermo, Taylor Momsen, Jessica Szohr, Olivia Chantecille, Amber Rose, Alexa Chung, Agyness Deyn, and Ed Westwick showed Hollywood there's a new bratpack on the block.
