D&G predict the future of scent
Composed of five scents - the new D&G "Anthology" fragrances are set to launch globally in September - each with its own identity and inspired by tarot cards.
Following an exclusive interview with the designers Domenico Dolce and Stefano Gabbana, WWD revealed the designers choose the supermodels for the "iconic value they have in the minds of everybody".
The five scents presented in glass flacons and "topped with grooved black caps and embossed with black & white labels" have their own names, and were created, "without target, age or gender barriers".
The ad campaign shot by Mario Testino features all each models as an individual faces of the scents - and all are completely naked.
