Feeling 50s in 2012

Posted Aug 22, 2011

D&G signature collection is about taking the pop trends of the fifties and turning them into our next fashion look. Prints, sodas, and cartoons. It's time to smile!

Happy Fall Winter 2012 everyone!
It's sunny, funky and trendy. D&G's winter man knows how to keep up the mood even when it's dark and gloomy outside. A bit fifties, partly eighties, influenced by pop culture and graffiti, the collection flirts with our culture, our childhood, and our unconventional heroes: Coca Cola and Mickey.

The blazer: velvet, courdoroy, soft as a sweater. It's the new school look. Preppy with a punch. Watch out for the new carrot pants,

We heart popsickles. Extra fluorescent colors take the stage, tighter fit for the pants and jeans. The absolute must: a fun sweater.

Cardigan allure: stripes, buttons, and 50s look. The cardigan adds the right touch of anti-boredom to any outfit. Pair with a tie for total trendy.

Peacoats' cut: as with any overcoat this season, even the preppy coat gets a new cut. Young boys meet school, meet streetwear.
