The Bags Collection to launch exclusively online

Dolce & Gabbana will launch their very exclusive Bags Collection on www.dolcegabbanaboutique.com on May 5.
Directly taken from the autumn winter 2011 catwalk show, 14 unique styles will be available to buy exclusively online. Following the theme of next season’s womenswear collection, it is a fur celebration. Astrakhan, nappa leather or even marmot skin have been worked with the finest techniques. Italian crafmanship is on display and underlines a focus on tradition. Dolce & Gabbana took a personal approach and were very much inspired by their Sicilian roots. It is an emotional collection; the story goes beyond the presentation of 14 bags. Nothing has been left aside; think collectable designs, customized packaging or even a Dolce & Gabbana personal delivery style. Once again the Italian designers are leading the game, who said that luxury cannot be sold online?
