Belt your oversized winter favourites

Posted Aug 16, 2010

Big is beautiful, but big needs a belt. The dress code is strict and simple. The full snowy mountain look is cool but basic rules must be respected.

If it is large, it is short, so your mini is inspired from you boyfriend’s knitted jumper in reindeer print. Forget the ski slopes, adopt the alpine look and run “tout schuss” in the city.

Fur is big this winter, big in trend and on clothing. So same thing, large and short plus belt to highlight the waist. Pair it with matching wool leggings and yeti inspired boots, a red lipstick and off glamorous you go!

Not cold enough to take your furry coat out, match your outerwear with your jumper.

Have you ever heard of a “robe manteau”? Very feminine, the perfect formula for the city, for an après-ski hot chocolate moment or for a long walk in the country side. Ultra versatile, this outerwear knitted essential will take you through winter easily and joyfully.
