The trouser suit or its declination, the short suit. The appeal is casual mixed with basics such as the white shirt, or accessories for men, especially the hats. The silhouettes are soft and let the movement live through the softness of the fabrics.
Not only proportions but also colours: the cuts are defined by greys, blacks, and whites.
Eclectic interpretations, the jacket uses tailoring tricks to match the feminine shapes.
Buttons, cleavage, shorts sleeves, and a waist: the best way to not feel masculine but wear clean tailored suits.
As in every season, SS11 opts for a new must-have, shorts become the best asset for suits, transformed by sensual colours and prints.

Men’s Trend review FW13: Sheer Luxe
The mood at the men’s shows was almost oxymoronic to the times. Luxury was the buzzword for the season. Exquisitely crafted suits, tailored coats, fur, cashmere and couture like detailing such as gold thread embroidery made a stark contrast the sombre economic mood.

Pyrotechnics in fashion- start 2012 with a bang
Fireworks are mesmerising. The ooos and ahhs when the sky lights up with delicate, ephemeral shapes, sparkly lights and the contrasting loud bangs inspire and awe the spectators regardless of their culture. These otherworldly shapes in the sky have also inspired Dolce&Gabbana in their Spring Summer 2012 collection.
