A weekend lunch appointment at a place known for its incredible food - great wine, and of course, its exceptionally difficult to reserve tables.
It wasn't a new place, but it had managed to retain its allure for years. In homage to the restaurant she had selected her quirky twist on English traditional - and maintained her own personal flavour by adding a parka.
She hoped she looked the part - after all the appointment was immaterial, it was only about being seen at the restaurant that mattered to her.
