Party humour is a slippery slope and what with iPhones and Twitter accounts your embarrassing comedy fail could well take on proportions you would never have expected. Which is why a little help of the canine kind might not be such a ridiculous idea after all; this season's doggy treats are just what you need to turn your darling pooch into a comedy sensation.
Introducing the dogtache: an interesting take on the old ball fetching routine. This rubber number comes with a little extra facial hair for the delight of other guests and fellow dogs alike.
Et voilà! Instant makeover à la Freddie Mercury, only a little grumpier and podgier.
Should this look be too butch for their liking you can go down the cute route with the wonder that is the PupLight, for a "Rudolph the reindeer" style makeover.
