The secretive designers: Objectified

Product designers rarely get the red-carpet treatment which is why this new document "Objectified" from director Gary Hustwit finally takes a look at the creativity at work behind everything from toothbrushes to tech gadgets.
The documentary takes a look at the designers who re-examine, re-evaluate and re-invent our manufactured environment on a daily basis taking a look at how the things they make impact our lives. Take a peek at the trailer below.
The film has just had its world premiere at the South by Southwest Film Festival festival in Texas which is being followed by premieres in NY on April 9th and London on April 16th (sold out at time of post). For more screening info see www.objectifiedfilm.com/screenings.
