Scary Trend: The world's first cougar school
Okay, first things first. California has a Cougar Convention.
The cougar school is actually a workshop available to those attending the convention, taking place on November 6th in the Crowne Plaza Beverly Hills, in California, which according to Rich Gosse, Producer of the California Cougar Convention, "...is the world capital of cougars. There are more cougars per square mile in Beverly Hills than anywhere else in the world."
The school’s keynote address: The Cougar Revolution will be delivered by Lucia, "Queen of the Cougar Jungle" and author of Lucia's Lessons of Love who is also a syndicated columnist.
On a more serious note, "Age discrimination is perhaps the most pervasive prejudice in American Society," says Rich Gosse, convention producer. "Older women, in particular, are victimized by our youth-oriented society. They are regarded as 'non-sexy'. Supposedly every American male is only attracted to nubile 20 year olds found in the centrefolds of men's magazines. The truth is that there are millions of American men who find older women attractive, including many of the top celebrities in Hollywood."
