Long live the radio star

Posted Nov 5, 2009

Much as we have grown to love that ubiquitous white plastic that appears to know grow on trees in an urban area near you - at home we prefer to kick back with more of a vintage backdrop - and dare we say it a newspaper, and that much underrated device - the radio.

Combining quite literally the best of both worlds - this Revo Heritage radio is a contemporary reinterpretation of
a classic 1960's radio design which combines aluminium and real walnut veneer - infused with the latest multi-platform
digital radio technology.

This multi-format digital radio provides coverage of DAB, DAB+, FM and Wi-Fi internet radio – as well as offering wireless audio streaming and docking for iPod.

Revo Technologies is a producer of award-winning digital radio products and is based in the historic market town of Lanark, in rural central Scotland, birth-place nonetheless of the the sword swinger and Mel Gibson alter-ego, William Wallace (Braveheart).

If anybody knows how to fill a dark, cold winter night it's the Scottish, so pour yourself a glass of wine, put your slippers on and indulge in an evening around the radio. Retro chic at its very best.
