For those of you who can't be bothered to get out of your pjyamas, Twitter is a great way to experience the glamour of fashion week without the need for heels. Here at Swide we're following young British design Henry Holland as he prepares for his London Fashion Week catwalk show later today.
From model castings...
"Hi there. How old are you? And how long have you been modelling? Where are you from? Can you give us a walk? *AND REPEAT. Casting zzzzzzz"
To samples arriving in the his studio...
"Belts have arrived and are all too short. Crap."
On fashion week stress
"Cannot stop smoking. Don't tell my mum."
Summing up fashion week in general
"So fashion week brings me out in acne. And not the really nice knitwear, chinos and jeans kind."
And finally the "tweet of the day".
"First fashion show season with Twitter in full force is a friggin nightmare. It's like gossip girl on crack."
