Big in Japan

Posted Apr 1, 2009

Not exactly big in Japan but rather in fact the opposite. If you've already seen the Flip mini video camera - this is the world's technological next step. A tiny camera that not only shoots video but allows you to share them without the use of a computer.

The SAL camcorder - the SAL by the way stands for for Smile and Laugh, Share a Life, Share a love, and Sexy and Lovely (catchy??!!) is one of a new generation of video cameras designed primarily for the web.

This new release takes the concept even further by allowing you to share your video from one device to another (if of course they also have one of these cameras). Helpfully they come in a range of colours making it easy to accommodate all your friends tastes...

The body measures 54mm x 95mm x 12mm,and weighs only 85 grams making it one of the more pocket friendly devices to date. The device is expected to be available in black, grey, brown, green, and pink in May for around $200.
