Jim's Pancakes: When Food Becomes Art

Posted Jan 27, 2011

The creator of all these crazy pancakes is Jim. He puts a lot of time and effort into this... Sometimes he serves them as animals in zoo... Or characters from The Simpsons... Even as dinosaurs... But why?

No, Jim doesn't own a fancy restaurant that serves a pricy brunch... No, he's not trying to stand out in the sea of blogs... He's just a caring father who wants to keep his daughter happy (and full!). Jim does all of these pancakes for his 3 year old Allison...

We're not sure if Allison cares a lot, but judging from her pictures on the blog she seems quite happy. It must be some sort of family heritage since Jim's father was no different and he used to cook funny pancakes for him when he was a child.

Well, he's one of the hottest things that the social media offers at the moment: he has more than 27000 fans on facebook! For the sake of pancakes, it's amazing! Not a fan yet? Well, click here.

He might not be a fashion bloggers but personally speaking, I'd die to see him on the front row of a fashion show (provided that he brings those pancakes into the backstage!).
