The Navedano restaurant is one of the most exquisite restaurants one can end up dining in the vicinities of Como. The interior decoration and the warm welcome by the owners who run personally the premises, are divine. The must-try is of course the homemade pasta, but the meat dishes are very refined as well. You mustn’t leave without trying the crème brûlée.
Amarone is a typical wine of the region of Veneto. Its alcohol degree is much higher compared to other wines. There are many producers in the region, from Quintarelli to Romano Dal Forno. The price is a bit steep, but as any precious thing it is to be drank in special occasions, perhaps during a stay at the beautiful Villa d’Este.
