Philip Starck has achieved once again an interior decoration performance. Chunky, rough but glam, you are surrounded by brick walls, black chandeliers and… Crystal!
Mr.Starck took over the former Hotel de Marie-Laurede Noailles and made it a rock & chic destination for dinner. If almost everything from the past is gone, aristocratic references remain in your plate. One word to describe what is served: exquisite!
No wonder that big names are behind the food: Michelin starred Chef Guy Martin,
seconded by David Angelot.
What’s on the menu you may want to ask?
Let’s start with some roasted foie gras that combines 5 main flavours,
a delicacy that should open you up for some more and definitely put a smile on
your face. Not yet at the peak of the pleasure ladder, a slice of roasted veal
paired with fresh almonds should raise up your inner body temperature. And to
experience an orgasm around the table, end your meal with a Guanaja Chocolate
fondant.
Your treat should not stop here as The Cristal Room is also the place of the
moment especially if you feel like joining Mr. Lagerfeld or Mr. Galliano for an
“After”.
