Hello! I hope you can help me. I'm planning to buy "The One" perfume as a Christmas present for my friend - but I wondered if I can get Matthew too? She is crazy for him and the perfume shop said you would be able to help me.

I look forward to hearing from you.

Dear Madam,

We agree with you that Matthew would indeed be a lovely Christmas treat. Unfortunately we believe he already has "the one", and so it could be considered rude to contact him with another offer in this instance.

We hope your friend manages to find "The One" elsewhere.

Dear Sir or Madam,

Many thanks for getting in touch and for telling us your news. Much as we are intrigued to warm our hands in your new designs, we'll unfortunately have to pass on this opportunity for the time being.

Best of luck with your project.

Dear Dolce & Gabbana,

I recently bought a new dress from a site called style for six dollars. When I compared it to the style from the summer catwalk it doesn't look the same. I would like you to investigate this company asap who are selling your catwalk designs and it is very confusing for the buyers who don't know if things are real and we trust them.

I look forward to you helping me.

Dear Madam,

We're sorry to hear about your disappointment, but generally speaking the new spring collections tend to be in-store from November and our catwalk pieces in particular due to their rich fabrics tend to be "investment pieces" rather than being offered at the prices you suggested.

Perhaps we can suggest a little trip down a shopping street of note for example London's Bond Street, or NY's Fifth Avenue for a little financial research.

A word of advice - when wandering along these streets pretend you regularly spend more than six dollars on fashion.

Your's sincerely,

Dolce & Gabbana
