A New Photographer Born: Domenico Dolce

I was there at my desk, on my twitter just tweeting my glamorous life away as I refreshed my feed to see Stefano Gabbana tweet a picture. What? Ok, honestly, STOP THE PRESS! This is big news: What's Domenico Dolce doing behind the camera? Who's the semi-naked guy posing? Are they in Milan? Wasn't Stefano in Sicily? Or was it New York? I zoom in and in and in to get a better glimpse at the Polaroids hang on the black board but the quality of the picture is that of a smartphone camera so it doesn't really give me any clear clue! Did he take many other pictures or is this shot just a one-time only joke?
Oh Stefano, you always keep me at a thrilling edge with these mysterious tweets: if I happen to ask you what's going on there with a simple mention on twitter, do you help me solve the mystery or do I get fired?
