I confuse in moderation with excess
I'm all for a Gwyneth type detox - but only whilst on a Carribean beach. Admit it - the concept just doesn't work in January, when broke, or pre-fashion week. I decided - quite sensibly instead that evenings will be done in "moderation". Seems however I haven't yet got my head around the concept.
