The Dolce & Gabbana oscars

With Oscar season approaching (it's importance CANNOT be under-estimated) our own little award has caused a flurry of excitement. Who exactly will get to sit the award on their desk is causing many an awkward glance - but what has cheered us all up in this post-fashion week slump is practising our speeches.
In an homage to Gwyneth and Halle we've been attempting to make the most emotional speech possible - offering thanks to everyone and anyone and quite frankly it's been a revealing process. Who would have thought so many of my colleagues had an entourage to rival an A-Lister just to keep them afloat??!!
Aside from the usual family members, manicurists, hairdressers and massage therapists all being thanked, all other manner of professionals (and lovers...) were outed - in quite frankly, one of the most relevatory scenes I've witnessed without alcohol.

The Cannes Film Festival is the epitome of European high glamour on the French Riviera. Sun, surf and…suits. Swide catches three stars who put their best foot forward in Dolce&Gabbana. Gerard Butler, Mathew McConaughey and Zac Efron got suited up to face the onslaught of press photographers that infest every event at Cannes.
Kylie Minogue has had a very very good week indeed. Sparkling brighter than ever at the Cannes Film Festival premier of ‘Holy Motors’, wearing Dolce&Gabbana, and then causing explosive reaction throughout the internet when her new single and video ‘Timebomb’ was dropped today.
