Nail envy

There's nothing like a little competition in the office to get the (gold) sparks flying, and quite aptly this week's race to the top is all about our sparkly gold nails.
As Dolce & Gabbana launched a new make-up line last week - it was obvious the rush would be on as to who would be the first to purchase the new hot nail colour - Stromboli. Gradually I've noticed nails throughout the building turning a steady shade of dark burgundy with the obligatory flecks of gold that mark it out as the new must-have.
Things have become so nail-orientated that I've noticed hand-gestures are on the increase - presentations are being held left right and centre (in my mind, in a bid to show off the new nail colour) and lunchtimes are for the nail-bar. Will let you know what happens when the new lipstick takes hold ;-)
