As Milan Fashion Week continues it's trail of sping/summer fashion trends take a sneak peek at designers Dolce & Gabbana preparing their spring/summer 2010 collection ahead of its catwalk debut on

Gerard Butler, Mathew McConaughey and Zac Efron got suited up to face the onslaught of press photographers that infest every event at Cannes.
