On our play-list right now is a whole folder dedicated to Sweden – seemingly a country that is unstoppable with cooler than its temperatures musicians. Gothenburg’s Pacific, a breakthrough and incredibly talented band has warmed our hearts with their tracks Hot Lips and Number One.
Aside from wondering if there is anyone left in Sweden that is actually not blessed with being a talented melody maker, we are secretly imagining that the track Hot Lips may have been inspired by our own jaunty little puckers. Naturally in true groupie style the weekend break is already booked direct to Gothenberg. Shy we’re not.
One thing that has managed to distract us from looking at our inspiring peckers is Pacific’s very artfully illustrated video. Created by famed illustrator Stephane Manel (Vogue, Elle, Playboy…) the cheeky video is romantic, fun and cool, in fact all the qualities we credit ourselves with via our own online dating site.
