Daniel Merriweather and the creation of a star
Daniel may have run the risk of being known only as the voice on Mark Ronson’s (and his producer's) chart-busting cover of The Smiths, Stop Me. Thankfully, he's now getting his own moment in the pop bubble with his debut album 'Love & War'. His latest single Red is out now - listen to it below.
The Australian singer who cites Stevie Wonder and Jeff Buckley as influences has taken his time reaching the spotlight but his soulful voice and lyrics will ensure he won't be leaving it for some time.

Daniel appears to possess that all important musician quality capable of creating superstars that is the gift of partying. As such we're avid fans of his Twitter page as he tweets around Europe on his tour revealing his party partners in crime.
