Cover Model: Sara Sampaio on Marie Claire France

Marie Claire France is graced by Portuguese beauty Sara Sampaio this September, who features on the cover wrapped in black lace that tries to distract the reader from her piercingly beautiful eyes. But is she related to the hot Portuguese Sampaio twins, Kevin and Jonathan?

Factors that raise the question if whether these Sampaios are related...

1) The undeniable good looks that they share.

2) They're all Portuguese born. 

3) Fashion houses and designers love them.

4) The brilliant brunettes of their hair.

5) Sampaio. Enough said. 

Oh and that they featured in GQ Portugal, January 2011, together and seemed rather close but this is a photoshoot and not a family album and appearances can be deceiving.

If we take these factors into account then I think that we do have our answer, which leads us onto our 2nd question... how is she related to them? Sister? Cousin? Aunt... O.K maybe not.

Any of us would be lucky to be related to the serene Sara, who won best female model at the Golden Globe 2011 / XVI awards, and if she is related to the Sampaio Twins, who celebrated their birthday backstage at the D&G Menswear SS12 this year, then you know that you would be entering a beautiful world.
