Harper’s Bazaar UK and the Women of the Year

Harper’s Bazaar UK are celebrating the Women of the Year in their December 2011 issue, and they roped in the talents of Dolce&Gabbana to assist Yasmin LeBon, Helena Christensen, Cindy Crawford, Eva Herzigova, and Naomi Campbell.

December is magical time of year; everyone’s feeling festive, the streets are lit by twinkling lights and the promise of snow hangs in the air… oh, and then there are the magazine specials that erupt with glorious gossip and those we aspire to be in some way or another. Harper’s Bazaar UK has enlisted the Women of the Year to help compile a wonderful collection of those models, actresses, notables and more, who inspire us with their individual flairs of girl power.

The cover of this special December issue is a veritable visual treat; there is Yasmin LeBon, Helena Christensen, Cindy Crawford, Eva Herzigova and Naomi Campbell to whet your appetite. Then, there are those that made these women look effortlessly gorgeous (not saying that they need any help but no woman would turn down a helping hand), and it was down to Domenico Dolce & Stefano Gabbana to add the lashings of lace, the sumptuous silk and the vixen velvets.

While busy with the styling, which can be seen inside the magazine, Stefano quickly nipped on Twitter to describe the occasion:

"Me & Domenico with Cindy Naomi Helena Eva & Jasmine on Bazaar Uk.... It was fun!!!!! :-))) love."
