Carine Roitfeld: The A-list advantages

French Vogue editor Carine Roitfeld was out in New York last night celebrating the opening of The Martus Maw, an exhibition of 16 paintings by the French artist Nicolas Pol produced by her son Vladimir Restoin-Roitfeld.
