Obama's angels: Mariah, Shakira and Rosario

It really must be a tricky sartorial moment when you know the world's eyes (and not an understatement for perhaps the first time in a very long time) will be on you - plus the event in question is not merely yet another entertaiment circus but in fact a life changing moment - one to tell the grandkids about.
What we loved therefore the most about Mariah, Rosario and Shakira's inaugural night outfits was the fact they maintained the glamour factor when we honestly would have been tempted - given the scale of the occasion, to have grabbed the nearest power suit. Girls we salute you.
