Nine time for some sisterhood
Much as we love a bit of gossip - all that Devil Wears Prada nonsense is growing a little thin. Think what you will, but as it's nearly Christmas, we think it's therefore high time for some much needed sisterhood. Exhausted by backstabbing and Machiavellian networking - how refreshing to hear tales from Nine’s set that don’t involve diva-like behaviour.
Speaking to the U.K’s Daily Telegraph broadsheet – Nicole Kidman who plays world famous director Guido's (Daniel Day Lewis) confidant and costume designer in the film said, “We just felt really comfortable with each other. We all became good friends because we hung out together and swapped stories and asked each other’s advice.” (Nicole started rehearsals just four weeks after giving birth to her daughter, Sunday Rose).

Proving A-list women are capable of appearing on the red carpet together - Nine world premiere, London Dec 3rd.
Fergie recalls the women going together to a Madonna concert and having “girls’ nights out” at West End restaurants.
“I was very intimidated and nervous, but on the first day we all had lunch together and became very relaxed with each other,” she says. “I find that the so-called A-list actors who are the most successful tend to be the nicest and most down-to-earth people because they have nothing to prove.”
Nine - the official trailer.

The Nine world premiere afterparty was held at London's Claridges Hotel where the only chilliness came from the sub-zero temperatures. Guests didn't let rain spoil their evening, opting for a variety of appropriate show stopping dresses such as Tolula Adeyemi's vintage Dolce & Gabbana gown.
