Madonna has pizza & martinis with Letterman

Posted Oct 1, 2009

On her eighth appearance on David Letterman's Late Show last night Madonna showed the world she's one funny woman.

Referring to her eight-year marriage with former husband Guy Ritchie as 'The Bush Years', Madonna proves she still has that cheeky rebellious side, Madonna looking and sounding happy, and sexy (in black Dolce & Gabbana). We reveal the best Madonna quotes from the interview below.

ON RIDING HOCKEY STARS

"That's the one sport I haven't investigated..."

ON HER EIGHT YEAR MARRIAGE SHE CALLS 'THE BUSH YEARS'

"It was a good time to be out of America."

ON RE-MARRIAGE

"I think I'd rather get run over by a train"

ON BEING ON THE LETTERMAN SHOW EIGHT TIMES

"Everytime I'm on the show I feel like I'm a different person"

ON ACTING THE FOOL ON LETTERMAN

"I think it may have had to do with the joint I smoked before I came on..."
