Emily Blunt in Dolce & Gabbana and Katie Holmes in Azzedine Alaïa at Elle's Women in Hollywood Tribute
In a show of sisterly love at last night’s tribute awards ceremony held at the Four Season's in Beverley Hills, Los Angeles guests showcased the new power friendships to watch in Hollywood. Spotted making supporting eyes at each other were British actress Emily Blunt and Katie Holmes.
Emily Blunt opted for a nude strapless number by Dolce & Gabbana whilst Rene Zellweger alsowent for strapless in a red dress by designer Carolina Herrera.
In a show of girl power worthy of Bridget Jones, actress Rene Zellweger, linked arms with Emily Blunt. Unlike mere mortals who perhaps bond over work deadlines, rubbish boyfriends and buying shoes, the actresses count being one of Elle’s November issue coverstars in common.
Emily, Rene, and Katie feature separately on the American title’s latest issue cover along with Julianne Moore and Zoe Saldana.
Strapless appeared to rule Hollywood's sartorial choices last night as Ugly Betty star Becki Newton also plunged for a strapless white dress by designers Dolce & Gabbana.
