Eva Mendes is a roaring success in Venice

At least one good thing comes out of the holidays ending and that is of course the return to the red carpet and the opportunity to check out some serious glamour (flip flops were boring us...). Eva put new meaning into 'The Lady In Red' last night when she walked the red carpet for one of Italy's most expensive movies ever, Baarìa (starring new actress Margaret Madè) in a very sexy Dolce & Gabbana Cruise 2010 animal-print red dress complete with must-have headband.
The actress stars alongside Nicolas Cage and Val Kilmer in forthcoming film, 'Bad Lieutenant' directed by Werner Herzog.The film is set for release in December 2009 and will have its premiere at the Venice festival this week. Take a look at the film's trailer below.
