Wetlands: The English version
Before we go any further - don't judge a book by its cover, or this case its title. This is not a book set on a nature reserve, well not unless you count certain parts of a female body as such.
Charlotte Roche’s novel Wetlands which caused quite the controversy last year (as well as obviously being Amazon.com's best-selling title) when it was published in its native German is now ready to hit the prudish Brits - when an English translation is released on Thursday from publishers 4th Estate.
The novel - we'll opt for the polite version here - talks about what women never say/reveal about parts of their body. Depending on your opinion - the novel is either genius or smut. You decide.
