Dorian Gray is film's next hot ticket
Set for release in 2010 is the forthcoming UK produced movie - “Dorian Gray”. Directed by Oliver Parker, the film’s screenplay was written by Toby Finlay and is based on the infamous Oscar Wilde’s novel of the same name.

Ben Barnes, an actor who particularly impressed us in the British comedy “Easy Virtue” and whom the rest of the world discovered as Prince Caspian in Disney’s Narnia Chronicles, is set to star as the young man in Oscar Wilde’s masterpiece. As in the novel, Dorian maintains his youthful beauty for all of eternity, yet his portrait tells another story of him through the ages, revealing his true ugliness. Colin Flirth will play Lord Henry Wotton, the man that falls in love with the beautiful Dorian.
As we never fail to tire of Oscar’s wisdom, we’re convinced a new a discerning wave of Wilde-mania is set to hit in 2010. As fashion is always in advance, it’s no surprise therefore to see Oscar Wilde’s portrait printed on D&G’s menswear invitation for tomorrow’s Autumn-Winter 2010 catwalk show.
